Zakres obowiązków:

  • Wsparcie użytkowników w zakresie identyfikowania i rozwiązywania problemów oraz incydentów związanego ze sprzętem lub oprogramowaniem
  • Obsługa systemu ticketowego – realizacja zleceń, współpraca z I i III linią wsparcia
  • Segregacja, analiza, definiowanie i rozwiązywanie zgłoszeń
  • Udzielanie dostępów na podstawie wniosków
  • Konfiguracja i instalacja oprogramowania na komputerach użytkowników
  • Ścisła współpraca wewnątrz zespołu oraz z działami w strukturze IT
  • Wsparcie przy wdrażaniu nowych rozwiązań
  • Tworzenie i aktualizacja dokumentacji technicznej
  • Przegląd i utrzymanie urządzeń peryferyjnych w biurze
  • Przygotowanie sprzętu komputerowego dla użytkowników
  • Zarządzanie/inwentaryzacja magazynem sprzętowym
  • Prowadzenie szczegółowej ewidencji sprzętu komputerowego i zainstalowanego na nim oprogramowania
  • Współpraca z dostawcami i serwisantami producentów sprzętu i oprogramowania w zakresie umów serwisowych i gwarancji,
  • Zarządzanie licencjami


Wymagania:

  • Biegła znajomość systemów operacyjnych Windows i macOS
  • Podstawowa znajomość sieci komputerowych (VPN, DHCP, DNS)
  • Znajomość usług AD, Entra, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office pozwalająca na szybkie zdiagnozowanie problemu oraz jego rozwiązanie
  • Umiejętność udzielania zdalnego wsparcia technicznego użytkownikom
  • Znajomość obsługi systemu ticketowego Jira ServiceDesk (dodatkowy atut)
  • Wysoka kultura osobista, samodzielność, umiejętność zarządzania czasem, proaktywna postawa, jasna i skuteczna komunikacja
  • Proklienckie podejście do powierzonych zadań
  • Umiejętność współpracy w zespole
  • Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodne analizowanie dokumentacji technicznej
  • Min. 2 lata pracy na podobnym stanowisku
