Your future companyOur client is a world leader in the design and production of energy-efficient optical switches for fiber optic networks.RequirementsUniversity degree in Administration, HR, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience as a Personnel Administration Specialist or similar role within a manufacturing environmentProven experience in managing and maintaining personnel documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standardsStrong hands-on experience with Polish labour law regulationsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant systemsExcellent data accuracy and analytical skills, with a strong focus on detail in all tasksExperience in payroll processes and understanding of compensation frameworksHands-on experience with HRIS systems (familiarity with SuccessFactors and Symfonia is an asset)Excellent English communication skillsReport writing experience and ability to present HR data clearly and transparentlySystem experience across enterprise platforms, with the ability to navigate and optimize digital workflowsHigh quality customer service approach and strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating care and passion for supporting othersFlexible and able to adapt quickly to new challengesAble to work effectively under pressureResponsibilitiesAdminister and manage employee documentation and personnel files in compliance with legal standardsAdminister employment contracts, renewals, and terminations with care and attention to detailCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring system updates and clear internal communicationMonitor validity of medical examinations and prepare referrals, showing care for employee well-beingSupport internal HR knowledge sessions (labor law, time tracking, HR systems).Prepare and verify payroll input data (salary changes, absences, bonuses, overtime, etc.) with a focus on excellent data accuracy and accountabilityCollect, process, and prepare working time data for payrollLiaise with payroll providers, ensuring transparent and timely communicationManage employee benefits (enrolment, changes, opt-outs)Ensure accurate reporting of absenteeism, overtime, holidays, and turnover.Update HR systems and maintain trackers for new starters, leavers, and contract changesProduce monthly reports (Headcount, FTE, absenteeism, payroll summaries) with a commitment to data accuracy and transparencyEnsure data accuracy across HR platforms and documentationEnsure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards, demonstrating accountability and transparencyMaintain proper documentation for all HR legal formsManage Social Fund (ZFŚS): calculations, records, and benefit processingThe offerCompetitive salaryAnnual bonusMedical careLife insuranceMultisportVaried and interesting work tasks in an inspiring, international environmentParking space for employeesExtra day off ("Company day")
