About the role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to shape the future of Tylko’s product configurator — the heart of our customer journey, where furniture, technology, and design meet. Every day, thousands of people use our configurator to design furniture that perfectly fits their homes.

Your mission will be to make this experience the best in the industry: intuitive, powerful, and delightful. From discovery to delivery, you’ll turn complexity into clarity and set a new benchmark for how configurable products are experienced online.

What you’ll do

  • Own the end-to-end product design process for the Tylko configurator, from concept to production.

  • Design and continuously improve a tool that handles complex interactions: real-time customization, 3D visualization, dynamic pricing.

  • Translate customer needs and business goals into clear flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.

  • Define success metrics and ensure your work drives measurable results.

  • Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Developers, Researchers, Analysts, and the E-commerce team to deliver a seamless experience.

  • Present and explain design decisions with clarity, guiding stakeholders toward the best user experience.

  • Shape and evolve the Tylko Design System, including components specific to configurator design.

  • (Optional growth path) Mentor mid-level designers and influence how design is practiced at Tylko.

What we’re looking for


Must-haves

  • 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer.

  • Proven track record of owning and delivering complex digital products.

  • Strong UX skills and a deep understanding of user behavior in interactive environments.

  • Proficiency in Figma and experience working with cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinker who can balance big-picture direction with detailed design decisions.

  • Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.

  • Fluency in Polish and English.


Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with 3D rendering, WebGL, or performance optimization.

  • Graphic design skills (iconography, animation).

  • Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
