Key responsibilities
Design and develop software in C++ for applications used by flight crews and ground personnel
Work across the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and testing
Contribute to improving performance, reliability, and operational efficiency of the system
Collaborate closely with a cross-functional, international engineering team
Participate in planning, estimations, and technical discussions
Ideal candidate profile
Very strong programming skills in C++
Experience in developing cross-platform applications - Windows and iOS (nice to have)
Experience working with Azure DevOps
Ability to work effectively in an international environment
Good command of English (B2)
Conditions
Work model: hybrid or remote; on-site option available in Gdańsk
Employment type: B2B (outsourcing)
Rate: 150 -160 PLN/h
