Financial Controller (dla spółki zagranicznej)Miejsce pracy: RadomTwój zakres obowiązków
  • Przeprowadzanie i koordynacja czynności związanych z zamknięciem miesiąca i procesem raportowania;
  • Monitorowanie kluczowych wskaźników operacyjnych (KPI) firmy;
  • Kontrola wyników firmy i realizacji założeń budżetowych;
  • Raportowanie sprawozdań finansowych i prognoz do spółki dominującej;
  • Business Partnering – wspomaganie decyzji biznesowych Managing Directora, działu sprzedaży i serwisu;
  • Ocena kredytowa klientów i kontrola należności;
  • Przygotowywanie raportów ad-hoc dla zarządu i kierownika działu serwisu;
  • Współpraca z księgowym w zakresie codziennych czynności księgowo-kontrolingowych, corocznego audytu i sporządzania kwartalnych sprawozdań VAT.
Nasze wymagania
  • Wykształcenie wyższe kierunkowe Ekonomia / Finanse / pokrewne;
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego, język niemiecki będzie dodatkowym atutem;
  • Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w controllingu, audycie, księgowości lub pokrewnym obszarze;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, znajomość SAP lub innego systemu ERP. Mile widziana znajomość HFM;
  • Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne i interpersonalne;
  • Dobra organizacja pracy, rzetelność oraz samodzielność;
  • Otwartość na nowe wyzwania;
  • Umiejętność pracy w międzynarodowym zespole;
  • Gotowość do okazjonalnych podróży.
