  • Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Monitor AR aging reports and implement effective strategies to reduce outstanding balances and improve cash flow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Customer Support, to resolve billing disputes and improve customer satisfaction
  • Reduce AR aging and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
  • Introduce improvements that enhance AR accuracy and efficiency and support cash flow objectives

Our requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or advanced certification preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
  • Proficiency in NetSuite, Suitebilling, and advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on process improvement and collaboration
  • Fluency in English, proficiency in French is a plus
  • Open for hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week on-site in Wrocław
  • Residing in Poland required

Job Description

The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's accounts receivable processes, including billing, collections, and cash applications. This role ensures the timely collection of receivables, minimizes bad debts and supports the company's cash flow objectives. The Accounts Receivable Manager provides leadership to the AR team, drives process improvements, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and accounting standards.
