• Mapping of the business needs in terms of digitalization
• Managing digitalization projects
• Administrate the IT systems including data safety control and the access rights
• Provides education for users, manages manuals and technical documentation
• Develop policy in terms of data security and infrastructure maintenance
• Develop the options, potential solutions and payoff presentation for the Board decision

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of successful management of people in well-structured environment
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in production, engineering, economy, project management, supply chain management or related field
• Good practicing ERP system, CAD, MES systems knowledge
• Able to form and defend rules. Patient in following the long-term objectives and educating others
• Oriented for improvement and standardisation
• Strong leadership and communication skills, creative strategic thinker, analytical and ready to take decisions, process, structure and continuous improvement oriented with a can-do attitude
• Interested in big database, computing, analysis, new IT solution, artificial intelligence
• Very good command of English
