YOUR ROLE

Key User - The person employed in this position will be the first line of support for the users of the warehouse system.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Proposing, reviewing and implementing changes in the configuration of the IT system and maintaining the continuity of the system's operation,
Planning and testing changes in the configuration of the warehouse IT system in accordance with cooperation with the customer and the operation,
Supporting employees in increasing their knowledge about the warehouse system,
Solving current problems - operation support
Solving system problems independently
Proactive action and IT system problem solving and the IT infrastructure of the warehouse
Direct contact with client
IT infrastructure management
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Experience in working in a warehouse or production,
Experience in working with WMS system – preferable JDA/BY Dispatcher
Welcome knowledge of the JDA WMS system,
Knowledge of computer science
Knowledge of MS OFFICE (Word, Excel),
Ability to work under pressure of time
Ability to problem solving
Good knowledge of English
Ready to work in a 2-shift system
