Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a skilled, and ambitious Senior Product Owner to join our growing HTD Health team. If you are passionate about building relationships and the challenge of coordinating the delivery of multiple projects to clients, then keep readingWhat we need from you:At least 5 years commercial experience in similar role;Experience in conducting the discovery process;Demonstrated use of best practices, which will be a reference for others and sets the quality standards;Very good knowledge of spoken and written English (C1+); Eagerness to develop your skills and constantly seeks opportunities for improvement, new learnings & shows a strong "I can learn this" attitude;Being a team player focused on getting things done;Working experience in Agile/Scrum development environment;Experience in identifying and shaping business needs into product requirements through workshops, interviews, prototyping, and other techniques;Experience and knowledge of Agile software development processes;Strong intellectual curiosity to understand products, how they work, and how they solve client problems;Can focus on what’s important, synthesize complex information simply, and extract the most important insights.We appreciate if you have:Strong interest in the topic of new technologies and healthcare;Experience working in healthcare projects.Your daily life in HTD will be focusing around:Analyze, gather and document business & functional requirements (Product Vision, Roadmap, Product Backlog);Collaborate with business, developers and QA through all phases of the product development lifecycle (e.g. scoping, gathering requirements, design, development, QA, deployment) to deliver the best quality products;Manage the Product Backlog prioritization – Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy;Ensure internal and external product stakeholders needs /expectations are met and promote transparency between all stakeholders;Keep updated with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.What you can expect from us:Salary depending on your skills, experience and position level:– PLN 16 000 – 22 400 gross on employment contract– PLN 19 200 – 26 800 + VAT on a B2B contract25 paid days off (B2B/UZ)Flexible working hoursPossibility of working 100% remotelyPersonal educational budget: conferences, courses, workshops, and morePrivate medical careMultisport Plus+ member card or cinema ticketsMultiLife packageAll necessary equipment such as MacBook, additional monitor and accessories
