We are a dynamic Business Design agency, boosting digital products, systems and services for clients in Poland and abroad. With a team of 50 creative professionals dedicated to providing top-notch advice. Now we are seeking an experienced Business Designer/UX Strategist. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, energetic, and possess an understanding of consulting, design, new technologies, and digital business areas. We are looking for a motivated leader, ready to take on challenges, expand into new markets, and build long-lasting client relationships.


As part of daily work you will be:


  • Working with key clients on the strategy for developing innovative digital products and services, both in corporate and startup environments.
  • Supporting clients in the digital transformation process. Taking on the role of a leader, guiding organisations through digital opportunities.
  • Designing and leading workshops on Business design/UX Strategy/Service Design.
  • Creating concepts for innovative products and services.
  • Creating and testing new business models considering technological opportunities and sustainable development.
  • Designing and conducting research with clients and users.
  • Active collaboration with sales teams and the Growth department in acquiring new clients.
  • Leadership and substantive responsibility for the team involved in the project.
  • Identifying risks and managing them in the project.
  • Close collaboration with the Project Manager in budget management for project implementation.
  • Creating know-how and sharing it with others in the team.

What do we expect from a Business Designer?


  • At least 6 years of experience, with at least 2 years of work in strategic projects.
  • An excellent understanding of business in times of change supported by achievements in the form of prepared strategies and hypotheses of business models.
  • Familiarity with design thinking techniques, service design, and research methods allowing adaptation of work methodologies to the specificity of clients.
  • An excellent knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in Blockchain, AI/Augmented development, Industry cloud platform, Intelligent Applications, enabling proposing solutions utilising them in business.
  • An excellent understanding of the project process enabling close collaboration with researchers and product designers.
  • Confirmed experience in strategic projects in one of the following industries: Fintech, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing.
  • An excellent command of the English language (C1/C2).
  • The ability to optimise one’s work through active use of AI tools.

We have got it all figured out. Do you live in another city, but can come to Kraków for important events? We are open to suggestions.
  • Self-education – once in a while, we spend the whole day on joint workshops and lectures, which are organised so that we can constantly learn from each other. We also attend conferences and have our own small library.
