Brand Manager Marketing

The Marketing & Communications Team works on projects that include a wide variety of internally and externally developed titles, and a host of creative assets, to promote and support the 11 bit studios brand and our games. The Brand Manager will play a critical role in managing activities around both the brand of 11 bit studios and vision for games we develop and publish, ensuring they remain distinctive, aligned with the company's vision, and consistently resonant with global audiences.This role focuses on developing and executing, in cooperation with other departments of the Marketing & Communications team, go-to-market strategies and brand activation plans, ensuring that 11 bit studios is positioned as the best independent studio that brings meaningful, gameplay-driven experiences that stay with players long after the game ends. The Brand Manager works cross-functionally to align Communication, Creative, Art, and external partners to create unified marketing efforts that connect with gamers.Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand Manager is responsible for guiding brand evolution, overseeing the development of marketing campaigns, and ensuring all communication aligns with 11 bit's values and strategic goals.You will:Develop and implement innovative go-to-market strategies and activation plans. Generate new ideas and solutions that contribute to the growth and differentiation of the brand.Use consumer data, industry insights, and analytics to inform communication planning and brand strategies.
