We are an IT Company offering our Clients with a comprehensive support in development and maintenance of data management solutions (data warehouses, data integration, BI reporting, Big Data, AI, Machine Learning), defining data and information management strategies in the organization, creating advanced data analytics solutions as well as cloud solutions and business applications. We specialize in delivery of solutions based on Microsoft technology for clients from Poland and other European countries.

JOB OFFERING

We are looking for an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of various projects for our Customers, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet our quality standards. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, business analysts, testers and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of various IT projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members and managing project resources
  • Monitoring project progress, tracking project milestones, and providing status reports to stakeholders
  • Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time
  • and within budget
  • Managing project changes and stakeholder expectations
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration between project Team Members, Experts and Customers
  • Escalation and conflict management
  • Conducting post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas
  • for improvement
  • Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies

REQUIREMENTS

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT projects in the area of data management and/or custom business applications
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
  • Familiarity with project management tools and Azure DevOps
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
  • and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Good command of both written and spoken English (B2/C1 level)

Nice to have:

  • Project Management certifications (i.e. PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master)
