Summary

This role focuses on identifying and resolving security gaps within the organization and advising stakeholders on actionable solutions, ultimately to enhance the security posture of the bank.


Main Responsibilities

  • Identifying remediation gaps and driving towards their resolution.

  • Advising stakeholders on the available solutions and actions that must be undertaken.

  • Analyzing scanning results to define concrete steps directed at de-risking the bank.

  • Collaborating with remediation accountable and responsible stakeholders.

  • Ensuring security findings are understood and remediation pace is adequate.

  • Maintaining a proactive approach to governance and demonstrating autonomy in task execution.


Key Requirements

  • Strong understanding of security domains, especially security findings assessment and remediation areas, with at least 2 years of experience.

  • Governance knowledge with experience in fields such as workstation vulnerabilities, servers vulnerabilities, and more.

  • Excellent troubleshooting and conceptual skills related to remediation actions.

  • Ability to interpret results using various techniques, including exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling.

  • Fluent in business and technical English, both written and spoken.


Nice to Have

  • Experience in automation, preferably using Python, Apache Airflow, and/or Power Automate.

  • Practical application of AI technologies in governance processes and automation workflows.
