YOUR POSITION IN OUR TEAM

  • Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including servers and workstations.
  • Implement and monitor ITIL processes like Change Management, Configuration Management and Incident Management.
  • Provide user support and system administration across our tech stack, including tools like Google, Slack, Confluence, Jira, AWS, and Microsoft.
  • Manage workplace setups and handle user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support identity provider management, particularly cloud-based platforms like Okta and Google Workspace.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across various operating systems (macOS, Windows), software, and hardware.
  • Manage mobile devices through relevant MDM tools such as Jamf and Kandji.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Experience: 7+ years in a Systems Administrator role or similar
  • Strong knowledge of cloud and SaaS solutions, with hands-on experience preferred.
  • Understanding of best practices in IT security.
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google cloud platforms.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting macOS and Windows OS.
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals to aid in successful troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership.
  • Resilient in learning from mistakes and adapting quickly to new situations.
  • Openness to learning new technologies and eagerness to help others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player who thrives on supporting others' success.
  • English and Polish language skills: minimum B2 level
