- Provide detailed analysis of AR metrics, trends, and performance to support management decision-making
- Share knowledge and support junior staff in challenging AP operations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or financial operations, with expertise in collections and reconciliations
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on process improvement and collaboration
- Fluency in English, and proficiency in French is a plus
- Open for hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week on-site in Wrocław
- Residing in Poland required

The Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and reconciliations. This role handles complex AR issues, supports process improvements, and provides mentorship to junior team members, ensuring the company's cash flow objectives are met.
