Clinical Services Specialist – optyka/optometria/okulistykaMiejsce pracy: KatowiceYour responsibilitiesProvide expert level support to external and internal JnJ customers and certified distributors, especially during new product introductions.Provide optimization and problem-solving support for existing users, e.g. at sites experiencing sub-optimal clinical results.Implement and execute JnJ HCPs Certification programs including equipment (Refractive & Laser cataract Surgery) and IOLs (Biometry Excellence Program).Support focus countries and strategic projects aligned with local commercial organization.Identify customer and business needs in cooperation with local Management. Develop and implement action plans to ensure consistent and optimal clinical outcome while driving premium procedure market share.Provide Equipment & IOLs clinical support during sales training, demonstrating equipment to local commercial teams as requested by related stakeholders.Support Demos/studies as required by Medical Affairs/local organization.Introduce J&J technologies to key accounts and KOLs.Min of 65% Field activity.Supporting Cluster / EMEA if required (Max. 20% of time).Our requirementsHigh School and/or University degree preferred.Min. 5 years of clinical and surgical ophthalmic background.2-4 years clinical support experience in refractive surgery, Femtosecond lasers and cataract surgerySubject matter expertise, high and detailed knowledge of products and respective clinical applicationFluent English required.Good presentation and communication skills towards decision makers.Excellent problem-solving skills and service orientation.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexible toward management and customer needs regarding work scheduling.Training and/or teaching experience preferred.Willingness to travel frequently.What we offerAn opportunity to be part of a global market leader.A dynamic and inspiring working environment.Many opportunities to work on challenging projects and assignments.Possibilities for further personal as well as professional development.Position summaryThis position executes JnJ, distributor employee and HCPs trainings and certification programs to ensure consistent optimum clinical outcomes of JnJ All products including Refractive, Lex Extraction (Laser cataract Surgery & Phaco), Ocular Surface and Intraocular Lenses (IOLs).Provides pre and post-sales clinical support to: JnJ Local functions, distributors and HCPs, including Medical Advice and Off label discussions.Supports local teams to ensure compliance of J&J and distributor resources with external and internal requirements and policies.Johnson & Johnson Vision CareThe recruitment and employment process of a candidate by NDG Medical Sp. z o.o. is conducted with a view to the candidate's subsequent cooperation with Johnson & Johnson Poland sp. z o.o.
