Our Data Analytics International Team in the Performance Management International Department is further developing and looking for a new colleague.

Our expectations:

  • University degree (at least Bachelor) in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Data Science or a comparable field of study

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in insurance or financial services

  • Data Engineering and tooling expertise (Azure Databricks, SQL, Python)

  • Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences

  • An open, collaborative mindset and the confidence to actively engage with stakeholders across departments and countries

  • Active participation in the UNIQA CommUNIty concept through use cases, knowledge exchanges and discussions

  • Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and initiative

  • Fluent in English; an additional CEE language would be a benefit

  • Experience in an international environment or in working with cross-border teams is an advantage
