We are looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our fast-growing team working on cutting-edge OLAP (Online Analytical Processing) and NRT (Near Real-Time) inferencing solutions using machine learning and generative AI. The role covers both backend and frontend development and involves working with large-scale distributed systems and high transaction volumes.


Essential functions

  • Develop and maintain backend services using distributed databases and platforms like Spark, ClickHouse, or Flink

  • Build and optimize frontend dashboards with Angular, Superset, React

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, high-performance architectures

  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes

  • Solve complex problems involving large data volumes and high TPS (transactions per second)

  • Ensure code quality and maintainability


Qualifications

  • Strong coding skills in object-oriented languages such as Python, Java, or Scala

  • Experience with at least one or two technology stacks listed (Spark, ClickHouse, Flink, Angular, React, Superset)

  • Background in distributed computing and handling high TPS workloads

  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts is a plus

  • Ability to pass CodeSignal prescreening test

  • Experience working in agile environments and in distributed teams

  • Availability to work on a full-time employment contract (Umowa o pracę)


Would be a plus

  • Experience with dashboard creation and data visualization

  • Understanding of foundational architecture principles

  • Prior work with generative AI or ML inferencing systems
