The Innovation Tribe within IT serves as the delivery engine for transformative digital capabilities across business lines and entities. We are currently seeking an Innovation Technical Lead to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative technical solutions within Euroclear’s market infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new technological opportunities, particularly in data and cloud computing.

• Champion the adoption of emerging technologies and strategic trends to enhance our product and service portfolio.

• Mentor and manage a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Ensure technical solutions align with business goals and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the full project lifecycle—from concept through deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• Provide technical leadership and expertise in agile methodologies and modern software development practices.

• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and ensure successful project outcomes.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to guide strategic decisions.

• Contribute to shaping and executing the Innovation Tribe’s strategic roadmap.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineer.

• Hands-on expertise with .NET technologies.

• Previous experience in a technical leadership role.

• Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability tools.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

• Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate technical risks.

• Effective communicator, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

About the Team

The Group Digital Capabilities (GDC) division contributes to Euroclear’s competitiveness by delivering reliable and sustainable IT solutions for the financial securities markets. Our teams deliver new IT solutions and improve existing applications for both our internal and external clients. We deploy changes into the production environment in a controlled and structured way that does not compromise production stability and we ensure applicative production support.
