We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead quality strategy and testing activities within a complex electromobility product ecosystem. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and strong cross-team collaboration skills. You will define, drive, and enforce a comprehensive quality approach across multiple teams working in an Agile/SAFe environment.


Your tasks

  • Define and implement a strategic quality and testing strategy for a complex, multi-component product landscape

  • Lead and coordinate integration, system, and end-to-end testing across multiple teams and workstreams

  • Establish and maintain quality governance, KPIs, test processes, and readiness gates

  • Ensure transparent reporting of product quality, stability metrics, defects, and test progress to stakeholders and leadership

  • Manage testing cycles, including release readiness, production pilots, offline testing, and service migrations

  • Work closely with development, architecture, operations, and product teams in a CI/CD environment

  • Promote continuous improvement using Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices

  • Drive adoption and effective use of tools for quality monitoring, observability, and reporting (e.g., Sonar, Grafana, Jira)

  • Identify risks, escalate issues proactively, and ensure mitigation strategies are in place


Requirements

  • More than 5 years of experience in QA area, including Test Management

  • Strong experience in integration testing and system-level testing within complex, distributed systems

  • Proven track record in strategic quality management and defining testing approaches at a product or platform level

  • Ability to work under pressure in high-stakes situations: release delays, high-priority defects, production pilots, and tight delivery schedules

  • Solid understanding of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery models

  • Knowledge of tools supporting quality and stability monitoring (e.g., SonarQube, Grafana, Jira, Confluence)

  • Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English

  • Residing in Poland required


Nice-to-have requirements

  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks and test environments

  • Understanding of cloud-based services and distributed architectures
