Lead Data Engineer

Twoje zadania

  • Rozwój środowiska danych (Snowflake, dbt Core, Azure DevOps/CI-CD).

  • Projektowanie i prowadzenie ETL/ELT z SAP/Salesforce do warstw bronze/silver/gold (model medallion).

  • Definicja standardów (naming, testy, dokumentacja, data lineage), code review.

  • Współpraca z biznesem (finanse, supply chain) i zespołami SAP; przekład wymagań na modele danych.

  • Przygotowanie warstw pod Power BI (semantyka, wydajność, RLS/OLS).

  • Monitoring kosztów i wydajności Snowflake, bezpieczeństwo (RBAC, sekrety, zgodność/GxP).


Wymagania

  • 6–10+ lat w Data Engineering, w tym komercyjne dbt i Snowflake (warehouse’y, RBAC, koszt).

  • Doświadczenie w integracjach SAP (CDS/ODP/SLT lub konnektory, zrozumienie FI/CO/MM/PP/QM/SD).

  • Bardzo dobry SQL, wzorce ELT, testy w dbt; praktyka CI/CD (Azure DevOps/Git).

  • Umiejętność pracy z biznesem i prowadzenia zespołu (mentoring, przeglądy, standardy).

  • Angielski min. B2/C1


Mile widziane

  • Power BI (DAX, modele, best practices), Microsoft Fabric, doświadczenie GxP/MES/eBR, Power On.
