The role centers around building, deploying, and operationalizing AI products and expanding the company's data infrastructure to empower their PowerHouses. Join a pioneering team that values entrepreneurial spirit and continuous innovation, where your skills will directly influence impactful AI and data solutions across multiple departments.Your main responsibilities:Architect and develop end-to-end AI systems, delivering features with clear business value using Python, FastAPI, and cloud services.Build, deploy, and maintain scalable AI-powered applications and APIs, ensuring robustness and security through best practices.Leverage containerization and serverless Azure PaaS components to deploy products efficiently at scale.Design and implement event-driven data processing architectures, utilizing async processing, jobs, topics, and queues.Manage and optimize central Databricks-based lakehouses, transforming data with PySpark and SQL for diverse data needs.Support PowerHouses’ growth by designing scalable cloud infrastructure, Fabric lakehouses, and data pipelines to enhance operational and reporting capabilities.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and continuously assess the impact of AI and data initiatives.Ensure data and AI products are aligned with company standards through testing, monitoring, and security protocols.You're ideal for this role if you have:Experience working with Python in Data or AI projects.Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure or similar.Knowledge of data processing technologies such as SQL, Spark, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.Understanding of API design and deployment, especially FastAPI.Good communication skills and a pragmatic approach to deliver value quickly.It is a strong plus if you have:Experience with event-driven architectures and async processing.Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
