Remote position based in Warsaw.


We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join the team of a global organization that provides essential infrastructure for financial markets across the world. In this role, you will collaborate within small, specialized AI task groups focused on delivering practical, high-impact solutions. You’ll be involved in the full lifecycle of AI initiatives - from understanding business needs and shaping technical concepts, to developing, testing, and helping prepare solutions for production rollout.


What you will be doing:

  • Partner with business specialists to explore use cases and design AI-driven approaches

  • Translate functional needs into detailed technical blueprints

  • Build and operationalize AI components in Azure and container-based environments

  • Prepare test data and run frequent validation cycles to refine model performance

  • Contribute to documentation, business justification materials, and go-live strategies

  • Present updates, showcase prototypes, and communicate progress to stakeholders

  • Coordinate activities with team leadership to keep projects on track

  • Enhance pipelines related to data ingestion, agent behaviors, and contextual logic

  • Follow best practices related to model versioning, quality checks, and observability

  • Keep up with advances in cloud tooling and emerging AI frameworks


We are looking for someone who:

  • Has strong experience creating AI-powered applications using Python, Java, or TypeScript/JavaScript

  • Understands Azure cloud environments and knows how to deploy and maintain workloads there

  • Is familiar with modern AI tooling such as vector databases, orchestration frameworks like LangChain, or similar ecosystems

  • Has hands-on experience with agent workflows, RAG approaches, ingestion flows, and advanced prompt/context techniques

  • Has delivered end-to-end AI projects in an iterative or agile setting

  • Communicates confidently in English and can clearly present technical work

  • Thinks analytically and enjoys solving complex problems

  • Works well in cross-functional groups with varied expertise

  • Understands good practices across the entire AI development lifecycle

  • Can turn business problems into viable technical solutions
