How you will get the job done

• designing, developing, and implementing RPA processes using the AutomateNow system
• analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities
• creating and maintaining technical documentation for developed solutions
• monitoring the performance of existing automations and introducing improvements
• collaborating with business and IT technical teams to ensure effective project delivery
• developing and executing automated test scripts for general automation processes using Selenium
• ensuring the quality and reliability of automated solutions through rigorous testing

Skills and experience you will need

• communicative knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• experience as an RPA Engineer or in a similar role (ex. Test Automation)
• proficiency with the AutomateNow system or other Low Code solutions
• strong programming skills in Python
• basic Knowledge of version control systems (ex. GitLab)
• experience with test automation frameworks, specifically Selenium
• basic knowledge of databases (MSSQL/Oracle)
• ability to analyze and model business processes
• knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello)
• strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking

Nice to have

• certifications related to RPA or Python
• familiarity with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism)
• experience optimizing databases (SQL)
• experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
