About the project

We are looking for an AI/ML Developer to join our Machine Learning Internal IT team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models that support key business processes. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of AI solutions within our company, exchange knowledge with experts, and explore diverse career paths. Join us and take on new challenges

Your responsibilities
  • Design and develop AI/ML applications and models
  • Implement models into production systems
  • Analyze data and optimize machine learning processes
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to deploy AI solutions
  • Conduct testing and validation of models
Our requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Python Developer, AI/ML Developer, or in a similar AI/ML-related role
  • Proficiency in Python and practical experience with Git, Pandas, and PyTest
  • Ability to work with large datasets and data processing tools
  • Knowledge of machine learning methods and algorithms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and teamwork abilities
  • Communicative level of English (spoken and written)
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
Optional
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
