Tasks and responsibilities:
- Coordinate Scrum Meetings: Ensure smooth and effective Scrum meetings.
- Ensure Adherence to Scrum Principles: Guarantee the team fully embraces and practices Scrum.
- Facilitate Communication: Bridge between the development team and Delivery Manager for seamless collaboration.
- Remove Impediments: Work closely with the team to eliminate roadblocks and keep the project on track.
- Project Status Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about project progress.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, escalating when necessary.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive experience working with virtual/dispersed project teams.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope.
- Exceptional consulting and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level).
- Essential certifications: PSMI, PSM II, PSM III, AGILE PM, at least one scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner).
