We're looking for a Senior Data Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the foundation that enables our teams to make data-driven decisions with confidence. In this role, you’ll be a part of the Cosmose Data Team, and you will be a trusted data-driven advisor to our business departments. You will translate complex business needs into actionable plans and make them happen. This position blends hands-on data analysis with data engineering, all within a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. What You’ll Do:Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that are both reliable and easy to use for non-technical teams.Design and implement data access solutions — choose and configure the right approach to balance speed, usability, and governance.Model and optimize data to ensure accuracy, performance, and maintainability.Ensure data quality by setting up validation, monitoring, and best practices for analytics and reporting.Champion data literacy by guiding teams on how to access, interpret, and use data effectively.Stay current with tools and trends in data engineering, BI, and analytics to continuously improve our stack and workflows.What You Must Have:3+ (mid) / 6+ (senior) years of Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, or related experience.Proficiency in working with SQL-based databases - including optimization and advanced querying. We will be impressed if you have strong experience with distributed OLAP databases.Experience in creating dashboards with a BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and/or Grafana.Scripting skills in Python.Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English.Exposure to business stakeholders.What you’ll enjoy:Cosmose provides employees with a great platform to immerse and learn about the most exciting, innovative, and disruptive technologies in offline behavior solutions.
