About the position

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team to be responsible for organizing, specifying and modeling the requirements for one of the largest leaders of the insurance industry. You will work within an international team, professional English is mandatory. You must have a business analysis background and be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Analysis – Organizing, specifying and modeling the requirements to ensure they are complete and clear
  • Validating and Verifying Requirements – Challenge the business, making sure that the requirements consistent and approved by all the appropriate stakeholders and that they meet with relevant quality standards
  • Technical analysis – fitting business requirements into project’s architecture and data flows
  • Uncover the underlying business issues that need to be addressed and discover
  • Close cooperating with Product Owner, business and developers taking part at every stage of the project - to provide high quality of software and assisting with the business case implementation

  • Experience in insurance sector
  • Nice to have: Business Intelligence Tools knowledge: MicroStrategy (preferred)
  • Nice to have: insurance business knowledge
  • Fluent speaking in English (French - nice to have)
  • Candidate should be able to effectively utilize new technologies, such as ChatGPT, to enhance efficiency in daily tasks, optimize requirement gathering, and improve project documentation.
