Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. - preparing and processing medium-term financial planning and forecasts in coordination with local units (DE/PL/IND)
- budget controlling and analysis of financial data coming from local units (DE/PL/IND)
- preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as part of the group charging process
- reporting of IT financial figures to the CFO and Management Board as well as preparation of ad hoc analyses
- analysing, improving, designing and implementing common financial processes
- taking over project work/management as well as special tasks in an international environment
- excellent command of English
- at least 5 years of experience in Finance (Controlling) / Business Analysis or Consulting with a strong focus on Finance
- knowledge of financial controlling and cost management
- knowledge of data management and programs like SAP FI/CO, Clarity, Excel
- strong analytical mindset
- high degree of initiative, commitment and independent working
- experience in working in a multinational environment
- good communication skills
- knowledge of German
