What You Will DoDesign and develop high-performance Java-based end-to-end applications with external-facing interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with primary and secondary market trading systems, while working across the full technology stack including frontend, backend and database layers.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal security policies, maintaining system resilience and operational reliability.Translate business requirements into scalable, best-in-class solutions, following Java development best practices and financial market regulationsSupport and maintain mission-critical financial systems used by leading global financial institutions, including participation in on-call duties, while working across the full technology stackBuild and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for automated delivery, release support, and incident handling, using Bash scripting to ensure scalable and resilient operationsCollaborate in an agile, cross-functional team comprising developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders, leveraging frameworks like SCRUM and SAFeWhat You Bring Extensive Experience in High-Performance Software EngineeringYou have 10+ years of hands-on experience building applications using Java (Java 8+, SpringBoot, JPA/Hibernate). Bonus points if you have worked with Angular and modern front-end frameworks to deliver seamless user experiencesAdvanced Cloud Expertise: Proven ability to optimize data workflows for reliability and scalabilityProven experience with containerization technologies and orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes and OpenShiftExpertise in object-oriented design and event-driven architecture, with a solid understanding of messaging systems and database optimization or financial markets infrastructure is highly advantageous in advancing the organization’s core objectives.Strategic Problem-Solver with a Resilience MindsetYou’re a strategic thinker with a focus on quality and resilience.
