Specialista/Specjalistka PMO Project Management Office

TasksDevelop, maintain, and continuously improve PMO standards, processes, templates, and tools to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery across the organization.Support and advise Project Managers and senior leaders in applying project management methodologies – including defining objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.Contribute to portfolio planning and structuring by coordinating project priorities, monitoring dependencies, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Monitor and track project progress: establish reporting mechanisms, analyze deviations from planned results, and propose corrective or preventive actions.Prepare management reports and decision-making materials summarizing project performance, risks, and recommendations.Optionally, lead selected projects or programs directly, especially complex or cross-functional initiatives.ExpectationsProven experience in a PMO environment or in a role with strong project management components (approx. 3 years, depending on seniority level)Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on measurable outcomes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and senior management in an international environment.A proactive, results-oriented mindset – capable of identifying improvement opportunities and driving process optimization within the PMO framework.Added value: Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) and proficiency in using PMO tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Power BI.Our offerWe focus on people, support the growth of talents, and create an environment where everyone can engage, bring in new ideas, and work in a spirit of collaboration.So, what exactly can you expect with us?
