Opis stanowiska

Dołącz do zespołu Efectivo – systemu wspierającego zarządzanie magazynami i automatyzacją procesów logistycznych w duchu Industry 4.0.Jako Product Owner będziesz odpowiadać za prowadzenie rozwoju produktu — przekładanie wizji i priorytetów biznesowych na konkretne zadania w zespole developerskim, utrzymanie jakości backlogu i płynności pracy zespołu.

Twoje obowiązki

  • Tworzenie i priorytetyzacja zadań w JIRA

  • Utrzymywanie backlogu i planowanie sprintów

  • Prowadzenie spotkań zespołowych (planning, review, retro, refinement)

  • Dzielenie celów biznesowych na mierzalne zadania developerskie

  • Monitorowanie postępu, raportowanie i rozwiązywanie blokad

  • Utrzymywanie dokumentacji produktowej, user stories, acceptance criteria

  • Testowanie funkcji (UAT) i współpraca przy projektowaniu UX/UI

  • Komunikacja z działem wdrożeń i wsparcia (feedback od użytkowników)

Wymagania

Must have:

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia jako Product Owner / Project Manager w środowisku IT

  • Praktyczna znajomość JIRA, Confluence, Notion

  • Umiejętność pisania user stories, epików, acceptance criteria

  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z zespołami developerskimi (software, firmware lub R&D)

  • Dobra organizacja pracy, komunikatywność i samodzielność

  • Angielski na poziomie umożliwiającym pracę z dokumentacją techniczną

Nice to have:

  • Doświadczenie w projektach IoT / Industry 4.0 / RTLS / automatyzacji produkcji

  • Rozumienie podstaw technologii: API, integracje, architektura systemów

  • Praca z systemami embedded lub chmurowymi (AWS)

  • Znajomość procesów magazynowych / przemysłowych

  • Doświadczenie w testach akceptacyjnych i współpracy z QA
