We're building BaseModel (website link) - a foundation model for behavioral data embedded within a novel platform for enterprise Data Science teams, that is another step on our path to create innovation in AI and demonstrate AI's potential for the business.‍Currently, we are looking for a Solution Architect to join our Business Development Department.If you are open-minded and willing to constantly develop yourself - Synerise is the place for you.What will you do on a daily basis?Pre-Sales & Solution Design:Act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle, translating client needs into high-level solution architectures.Support sales teams by preparing and delivering tailored product presentations and demos.Actively participate in RFP and RFI processes: analyze requirements, prepare professional responses, and present technical and business fit.Gather and document client use cases, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical capabilities.Contribute to value proposition development by shaping case studies, best practices, and solution documentation.Post-Sales (light involvement):Support smooth handover from sales to delivery teams, ensuring the proposed solution is implementable within agreed scope, timeline, and resources.Provide solution oversight in early implementation stages to mitigate risks and validate architecture decisions.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during ongoing client conversations. Share lessons learned internally to improve solution design frameworks and sales methodologies.Internal Contribution:Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to shape product development based on market insights, identified gaps and client requirements.Enhance technical documentation, playbooks, and internal knowledge bases.Mentor colleagues by sharing expertise in solution architecture and pre-sales methodologies.What will make us a perfect match?Business Acumen:Solid understanding of SaaS business models, customer engagement strategies, and enterprise IT ecosystems.Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, or consulting in a B2B technology environment.Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives, clearly articulating value and ROI.Interpersonal & Communication Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.Strong relationship-building skills with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.Proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. \Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and across multiple time zones.Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and across multiple time zones.Technical Expertise:Proven ability to design and describe architectures, system integrations, data flows.Strong familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and modern integration patterns; ability to use tools such as Postman for testing and validation.Understanding of data platforms, cloud architectures, MarTech ecosystems and AI trendsCapability to evaluate technical feasibility, performance considerations, and security implications of proposed solutions.Languages:Fluency in English (C1 or higher).Spanish and Portuguese are strong assets‍What can we provide for you?An opportunity to shape the reality by working in a fast-growing company, in the field of AI, BigData & Automation.Possibility to have real impact on promoting and raising awareness of a Synerise solutions among potential customers, business partners and the industry community.Flat structure with ownership opportunities.
