Your responsibilities
  • Build big, build smart: design and develop multithreaded, high-volume trade flow processing systems.
  • Make the call: drive independent technical decisions while balancing performance, stability, and risk.
  • Own your system: take full end-to-end ownership of the trade management platform.
  • Move fast, stay sharp: switch between strategic development and second-line support in a high-performance environment.
  • Think globally: collaborate across time zones with top-tier engineering teams worldwide.
Our requirements
  • 8+ years in enterprise-grade software engineering
  • Deep experience with C# and .NET Core
  • Strong command of C#, .NET Core, multithreading, and solid OOP skills
  • Experience with connected and service-oriented architectures
  • Familiarity with enterprise messaging systems
  • Background with AWS serverless stacks
  • Strong communicator, capable of translating complex problems into clear insights
  • Exposure to DevOps tools: JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy
Optional
  • Financial markets understanding: FIX, MS SQL, equities, fixed income, commodities
  • Insight into the post-trade lifecycle
