What you will do:
- Drive the design of application and technical architecture components based on business requirements
- Ensure configurations and custom components align with project goals and performance criteria
- Lead and participate in quality management reviews to meet and exceed application design standards
- Work on document technical and operational procedures for end-users and systems
- Manage and mentor cross-functional development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Skills and experiences
- Proficient in application development and testing with Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft BizApps and Office 365 ecosystem.
- Current with Microsoft product knowledge and industry trends
- Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively
- Proven ability to collaborate with global and offshore teams
- Skilled in application lifecycle management and agile methodologies
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Programming experience in Javascript/C#/Python
