Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead with expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining complex business processes on the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with global project teams, and providing technical leadership to ensure best-in-class solutions for our enterprise clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and best practices.

  • Develop and maintain the architecture for IRM modules, integrating with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications as needed.

  • Oversee the customization and configuration of the platform to meet specific business requirements, including risk assessment, compliance management, and audit management.

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Lead a team of developers in creating custom applications, workflows, and reports within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Implement best practices for testing, quality assurance, and system performance to ensure robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

  • Provide training and support to end-users and administrators, ensuring effective adoption of IRM solutions.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, configurations, and processes.

  • Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and IRM trends, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the implementation and operation of IRM solutions.

  • Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, with deep expertise in NowPlatform architecture.

  • Advanced ServiceNow CAD or CIS certification for IRM.

  • Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, C#, Java).

  • Strong understanding of ITSM and GRC/IRM processes.

  • Proven experience in technical leadership for ServiceNow IRM implementations.

  • Ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and innovative ServiceNow solutions.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (C2); additional European languages are an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or economic field.
