As a key player in our agile environment, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient implementation of projects in accordance with company standards and deliver innovative solutions.

Your role
- Essential Tasks:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of location-based IT projects (relocations, openings, changes)
- Implement and manage Asset/Life Cycle Management solutions
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Heuristic Agile approach:
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive team environment and establish strong connections with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Be open to change and adjust plans as needed
- Identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities
- Use data to make informed decisions and optimize processes
- Engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate project goals, timelines, and deliverables clearly
- Provide timely updates on project progress and challenges
- Respond to stakeholder concerns and feedback promptly
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience & Knowledge:
- Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on agile methodologies
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Analytical Skills:
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
- Language Skills:
- Fluency in Polish
- Fluency in English and/or German - knowledge of both languages is a great advantage
