Zadania:

  • Pełna odpowiedzialność za obszar jakości w ramach organizacji,
  • Wdrażanie i utrzymywanie polityk i standardów bezpieczeństwa żywności zgodnie z HACCP, IFS, BRC, MSC i innymi wymaganiami systemów bezpieczeństwa i jakości żywności oraz wymaganiami Grupy,
  • Odpowiedzialność za standardy regulacyjne, bezpieczeństwa żywności i jakości wdrożone w organizacji,
  • Opracowywanie systemów i procesów, planowanie i kierowanie programami bezpieczeństwa i jakości żywności oraz zarządzanie zmianą, ciągłe doskonalenie,
  • Odpowiedzialność za kontrolę jakości i zapewnienie, że badania laboratoryjne produktu, surowców i środowiska produkcyjnego są wykonywane zgodnie z wymaganiami,
  • Przeprowadzenie wszystkich niezbędnych walidacji w celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa produktu, w tym zatwierdzenie standardów higienicznych,
  • Zapewnienie oceny ryzyka, badania i rozwiązywania problemów, określanie przyczyn źródłowych oraz odpowiednich działań naprawczych i zapobiegawczych.
  • Kierowanie zespołem pracowników, zapewnianie im rozwoju oraz motywowanie.


Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne,
  • Doświadczenie na stanowisku związanym z całościowym zarządzaniem jakością w organizacji – warunek konieczny,
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w międzynarodowym środowisku – dodatkowy atut,
  • Znajomość wymagań systemów IFS, MSC, BRC, HACCP oraz polskiego i unijnego prawa żywnościowego,
  • Znajomości wymagań i praktycznych aspektów mikrobiologicznych w branży spożywczej oraz złożonych procesów technologicznych,
  • Wysokiego stopnia świadomości organizacyjnej oraz zdolności do opracowywania rozwiązań złożonych problemów w zakresie jakości i zarządzania,
  • Umiejętność rozwijania zespołu i zapewnienia wysokiej wydajności i motywacji,
  • Współpracującego i otwartego stylu przywództwa oraz łatwości w nawiązywaniu kontaktów,
  • Bardzo dobrej znajomość j. angielskiego (B2, C1) – warunek konieczny.
