Senior IT Project Manager (with German)Miejsce pracy: WarszawaYour responsibilitiesLeading complex IT projects for various Customer Units and clients within the FIEGE GroupCoordinating the entire project lifecycle - from the tender phase to successful project completion and handover to operationsPlanning and managing time, budget, and resources; conducting risk assessments; and ensuring target achievement through project controllingManaging and supporting requirements analysis and concept development, and ensuring proper implementation throughout the projectFacilitating project communication and coordination within interdisciplinary teams to ensure transparency for all stakeholdersTaking a leading role in IT tender management, including the design and costing of customer solutions in collaboration with relevant departmentsCollaborating closely with FIEGE branches and customers on-siteContributing to the development and continuous improvement of the group-wide IT project organization and methodologyActing as a moderator between various stakeholders, including Customer Units, Consulting, Tender Management, and central IT departmentsOur requirementsOptionalSuccessfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualificationSolid professional experience in logistics and IT project managementStrong project management skills and methodological expertise (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent), ideally with knowledge of agile methodsExcellent communication skills, initiative, and a strong ability to develop and implement solutionsConfident demeanor and assertivenessInterest in a diverse role within a collaborative and dynamic environment with plenty of room for creativityWillingness to travel (approx. 20%)Fluent in English (business level) and also in GermanWhat we offerPermanent employment contract and long-term cooperationPrivate medical careSport card co-financingRemote type of cooperation (me meet 1 day/2 months at our Warsaw office)Benefitssharing the costs of sports activitiesprivate medical carelife insuranceremote work opportunitiesflexible working timeintegration eventsGrupa FIEGE PolskaFIEGE is one of the top ten logistics service providers in Europe with 21,000 employees at more than 150 locations in 14 countries worldwide.
