Position title: Container Operation Specialist

Department: Cloud Operations

Location: Poland, Warsaw

Hybrid model of work: 2 days/per week

Contract period: 2 years


Introduction & Summary:

The Container Operation Specialist plays a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). This role requires strong experience in DevOps and Kubernetes integration within Microsoft Azure. Applicants should possess a solid educational background in IT and proven experience with mid to large customers.


Main Responsibilities:

As a Container Operation Specialist, you will oversee and manage effective cloud operations while supporting customers’ DevOps activities.

  • Manage daily operations of Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including maintenance, patching, and security.

  • Assist customers in the setup and troubleshooting of DevOps pipelines for deployment in AKS environments.

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders for support and troubleshooting.

  • Work alongside teams building Managed Services for Container platforms.


Key Requirements:

  • Education at college/university level, preferably within IT.

  • Experience with mid to large customers (5+ locations, 500+ employees).

  • Experience in Infrastructure as Code, GitOps, and DevOps.

  • Proficiency in integrating Kubernetes with Microsoft Azure.

  • Relevant certifications in cloud technology.

  • Good English verbal and written communication skills.

Other Details:

This position is hybrid, requiring attendance 2 days per week, and is set for a contract period of 2 years within the Cloud Operations department. The newly formed team is focused on enhancing cloud service delivery and will actively participate in personal and professional development opportunities.
