Join us to be part of pioneering digital financial solutions that deliver tangible impact and fuel your professional growth.Your main responsibilities:Lead architecture decisions and define system boundaries, modularization strategies, and standardsCreate and maintain Architecture Decision Records (ADRs), API versioning, and contract standardsImplement and review core backend services and React front-end applicationsMentor engineers and facilitate pair or mob programming sessionsDesign CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templatesOwn observability and reliability practices, including logging, tracing, and resiliency patternsOversee data integrations, ETL/reporting platforms, SQL Server performance, and high availability strategiesManage technical risks, prioritize technical debt, and monitor quality gatesCollaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams to shape roadmaps and acceptance criteriaYou're ideal for this role if you have:8+ years of experience in senior or full-stack engineering rolesExpert knowledge of C# and .NET with strong backend design skillsProven experience with Azure architecture and cloud deploymentsAdvanced SQL Server expertise, including performance tuning and high availability strategiesStrong React experience and familiarity with AngularPractical hands-on experience modernizing legacy UIs and applicationsExperience with WCF and workload migration to modern protocolsSolid understanding of ETL and reporting tools such as SSIS, SSRS, and Power BIFamiliarity with Databricks or Spark for data processingStrong CI/CD and automation skills, including Jenkins and GitOps practicesIt is a strong plus if you have:Kubernetes operational experience including autoscaling and rollout strategiesAdvanced Terraform skills and ephemeral environment managementKnowledge of SSAS and Power BI advanced capabilitiesExperience with Databricks, Delta Lake, or Spark SQL optimizationFamiliarity with event streaming platforms and event-driven architecturesSkills in performance profiling tools and chaos engineeringApplication of security-by-design principles and zero-trust security modelsExperience migrating Jenkins jobs to pipeline-as-code solutionsTest automation expertise with xUnit, Jest, Playwright, or PactLanguage Required for the role:Fluent Polish and EnglishEligibility for the role:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.We offer you:ITDS Business Consultants is involved in many various, innovative and professional IT projects for international companies in the financial industry in Europe.
