About the project

We are looking for a Project Manager to join a project within the financial sector. In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects and driving optimization efforts across all stages of the delivery lifecycle, while ensuring effective execution of initiatives. Your responsibilities
  • Coordinating projects and improvement initiatives across the full project lifecycle
  • Defining objectives, setting targets, and overseeing their execution
  • Gathering and analyzing requirements, including collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Managing budgets, risks, changes, and stakeholder communication
  • Developing roadmaps, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and project reports
  • Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver project outcomes
Our requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing projects related to business or infrastructure applications
  • Proficiency in JIRA, including task creation, reporting, and data extraction/processing
  • Experience in process modeling and optimization, with strong analytical skills
  • Background in requirements analysis and IT system design, with knowledge of software development methodologies
  • Good understanding of both traditional and agile project management approaches
  • Strong English skills (minimum B2/C1)
  • Fluent Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required
