  • Lead specific workstreams within medium and large transformation programs.
  • Conduct detailed as-is assessments and propose improvement solutions
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops with business teams.
  • Support the creation of transformation roadmaps and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate project tasks, track progress, manage risks, and prepare reports.
  • Participate in change management activities (communication, training, adoption monitoring).
  • Collaborate with senior consultants and project leads.
Our requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience in consulting, Project Management, PMO, process improvement, change, transformation or other relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and self-driven initiative
  • Experience with Agile and project management tools.
  • Fluency in German and English.

YOUR ROLE

Take the next step in your career as a Transformation Consultant and own your part of the transformation journey. You will manage workstreams, run workshops with business teams, and contribute to designing new processes and ways of working. This role gives you autonomy to lead, collaborate with senior consultants, while delivering tangible results. You’ll see the direct impact of your work and help organizations evolve, all while building your consulting and project delivery skills. German fluency is essential, English is required.

We’re looking for a Transformation Consultant who can independently run parts of transformation projects and support clients in optimizing processes and adopting new ways of working.
