We’re building a new Analytics-focused engineering team in Poland to support a global digital communications platform used by millions of businesses and customers worldwide. The platform enables seamless interaction between users and brands across web, mobile, and advertising channels.

This is a great opportunity for Senior QA Engineers with Python to join a high-impact international project in its early phase — contributing to data-driven solutions, collaborating with global teams, and working with modern technologies in a dynamic environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases for assigned features or modules, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and adherence to quality standards.

  • Contribute to test planning activities, collaborating with QA leads and project managers to estimate effort, define testing milestones, and align QA activities with project timelines.

  • Perform test analysis, reviewing requirements, creating test plans, and executing test cases to identify and report defects, contributing to the overall quality of the software.

  • Participate in test automation efforts, assisting in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.

  • Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall test automation strategy.

  • Contribute to the test automation strategy, identifying opportunities for automation, developing automated test scripts, and collaborating with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.


Min requirements:

  • Strong experience in QA and test automation

  • Proficiency in SQL (ability to read and write complex queries)

  • Solid knowledge of Python and experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., pytest, unittest)

  • Understanding of ETL processes, data validation, and backend testing

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)


Would be a plus:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

  • Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Databricks, Kafka)

  • Knowledge of data quality frameworks and test data management

  • Experience with Docker/Kubernetes

  • Understanding of performance testing or ML/AI pipelines
