Principal Responsibilities
Udział w pełnym cyklu wdrożenia Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales – od analizy wymagań, przez konfigurację i testy, po szkolenia użytkowników.
Współpraca ze stakeholderami w celu zrozumienia procesów biznesowych i wskazania możliwości ich usprawnienia.
Konfiguracja i dostosowanie aplikacji Dynamics do potrzeb klienta.
Dokumentowanie wymagań biznesowych oraz prowadzenie warsztatów i testów akceptacyjnych.
Wykorzystanie technologii Microsoft (VSTS, PowerApps itp.) oraz aktywny wkład w doskonalenie praktyk wdrożeniowych.
Requirements
Min. 8 lat doświadczenia w Microsoft Dynamics D365 Sales oraz udział w co najmniej 3 pełnych wdrożeniach.
Doświadczenie w pracy z Microsoft ALM stack, VSTS/TFS i podejściem procesowym.
Umiejętność analizy i modelowania procesów, dokumentowania wymagań, projektowania rozwiązań funkcjonalnych i technicznych.
Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu warsztatów, szkoleń i testów akceptacyjnych.
Znajomość core application functionality, application technology stack oraz dobrych praktyk branżowych.
Wysokie umiejętności analityczne, komunikacyjne i prezentacyjne, orientacja na wartość biznesową i satysfakcję klienta.
