Zakres obowiązków:

  • Samodzielna realizacja procesu zatrudnienia pracowników (składanie ofert kandydatom, organizacja i prowadzenie intro – pierwszy dzień pracy, koordynowanie procesu onboardingu z IT, BHP i ADM);
  • Odpowiedzialność za terminowe przygotowywanie i dystrybucja dokumentacji kadrowej na każdym etapie zatrudnienia pracownika (dokumenty do zatrudnienia, w trakcie oraz po ustaniu zatrudnienia);
  • Dbanie o aktualizację oraz poprawność danych w systemie kadrowo-płacowym ENOVA oraz w pozostałych narzędziach używanych w obszarze HR (SharePoint, HR Portal itd.);
  • Bycie pierwszym kontaktem dla pracowników oraz rozwiązywanie spraw pracowniczych;
  • Współpraca z pozostałymi komórkami HR w celu koordynowania centralnych projektów (PPK, ZFSŚ, Cafeteria, Szkolenia itd.)
  • W ramach rozliczania czasu pracy - kontrola list obecności i innych danych dotyczących czasu pracy pracowników, wprowadzanie danych z list do systemu ENOVA w celu poprawnego naliczenia wynagrodzeń (godz. Nocne, nagdodziny itd.);
  • Realizacja projektów rekrutacyjnych we współpracy z zespołem Talent Acquisition;
  • Przygotowywanie danych do cyklicznych raportów oraz bieżących zapytań ze strony biznesu (stan urlopów, nieobecności, wykaz dat kończących się badań itd.);
  • Wsparcie działań związanych z okresowymi / kontrolnymi badaniami lekarskimi oraz wstępnymi i okresowymi szkoleniami BHP pracowników;

Wymagania:

  • Wykształcenie wyższe – ZZL, Psychologia lub pokrewne;
  • 3-5 lat doświadczenia w pracy w dziale HR;
  • Praktyczna znajomość przepisów kadrowych (urlopy, zasiłki, akta osobowe, elementy umowy o pracę);
  • Znajomość Kodeksu Pracy oraz umiejętność wykorzystania go w praktyce;
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na swobodną komunikację w mowie i piśmie – pracujemy z Expatami oraz przygotowujemy raporty w j. angielskim;
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w branży budowlanej;
  • Dobra znajomość środowiska Windows oraz oprogramowania MS Office (podstawa to tabela przestawna oraz np. funkcja wyszukaj pionowo);
  • Prawo jazdy kat. B;
  • Gotowość do przemieszczania się pomiędzy kontraktami (w obrębie woj. Małopolskiego i Podkarpackiego);
  • Pro-aktywność oraz umiejętność wychodzenia z inicjatywą i zaangażowanie;
  • Dobre umiejętności analityczne oraz dbałość o szczegóły.
