You’ll take ownership of CI/CD processes, infrastructure as code, and automation standards, while actively supporting the team with your experience and technical leadership.Your responsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, ensuring reliability and scalability.Lead and own infrastructure as code using Terraform (and optionally Bicep or ARM).Drive automation of deployment, provisioning, and operational processes across Azure environments.Collaborate closely with development, data, and platform teams to ensure efficient and secure cloud deployments.Troubleshoot complex issues related to CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and system integrations, identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.Proactively recommend and implement improvements in reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.Act as a technical partner and mentor for less experienced engineers, supporting knowledge sharing and best practices.Stay up to date with DevOps, Azure, and cloud-native trends, translating them into practical solutions.Our requirements4+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or Platform Engineering role.Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and its core services.Advanced knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure as code concepts.Solid experience with Azure DevOps for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python.Very good understanding of cloud architecture, security principles, and networking basics.Ability to work independently, take ownership, and make well-reasoned technical decisions.Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.OptionalExperience with Azure Fabric.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with Bicep or ARM templates.Experience with GitHub Actions alongside or instead of Azure DevOps.Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and logging practices in cloud environments.This is how we organize our workTeam size4-7This is how we workin houseat the client's siteyou focus on a single project at a timeyou develop several projects simultaneouslyyou can change the projectyou have influence on the technological solutions appliedyou have influence on the productyou develop the code "from scratch"you focus on product developmentagilescrumThis is how we work on a projectClean Codecode quality measurescode reviewdesign patternsstatic code analysisarchitect / technical leader supportContinuous DeploymentContinuous IntegrationDevOpsSysOpsteam-level deploymentdocumentationWhat we offerBENEFITS: Regardless of the form of employment - Budget for your professional development - training and certification.
