Your responsibilities

• Develop and implement classical and deep learning computer vision models to solve real-world problems using large-scale image datasets
• Design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines for image preprocessing, annotation, and large-scale dataset management
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, present technical insights, and align solutions with business goals
• Take end-to-end ownership of computer vision projects, from prototyping to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
• Research, evaluate, and integrate state-of-the-art techniques in image analysis, including CNNs, Transformers, data augmentation, and classical image processing methods

Our requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in data science, computer vision, image processing, or a closely related field
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, OpenCV, scikit-image, or JAX
• Solid understanding of classical computer vision (image registration, morphological operations, signal processing) and machine learning techniques (clustering, anomaly detection, statistical modeling)
• Experience with deep learning applied to images (CNNs, Transformers, data augmentation) and working with large-scale datasets, annotation pipelines, or ETL workflows
• Familiarity with cloud-based development (Azure or AWS), version control (Git), and project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Strong communication skills and fluent English (B2/C1) for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
