Your responsibilities


  • Active acquisition of clients from Poland and foreign markets in the fields of IT and Engineering


  • Building your customer portfolio and account management


  • Managing and maintaining strong relationships with engineers on assigned projects


  • Handling inbound enquiries from overseas offices


  • Participation in thematic conferences and specific industry fairs in Poland and abroad


  • Working with documentation (presentations, summaries, proposals, contracts)


  • Continuous market and competition analysis


  • Taking part in the recruitment process of IT and engineering candidates along with the Recruitment Department when needed


Our requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in active sales in IT, Engineering or IT Staff Augmentation among foreign and Polish clients


  • Practical knowledge of English (B2/C1) is mandatory


  • Willingness to work in the Ferchau Poland office in Warsaw with the possibility of partial remote working after full onboarding


  • Initiative, discipline, flexibility, positive attitude and commitment to professional development
