Senior Technical Buyer / Procurement Engineer Miejsce pracy: Kąty WrocławskieRecruitment forour Client we are currently looking for a person for the position of Senior Technical Buyer / Procurement Engineer.
Your responsibilities- Identify suppliers, goods and services
- Be in charge for a selected portfolio of suppliers, who deliver technically demanding parts or services
- Create Purchase Orders and tally these with supply requests and orders
- Monitor Purchase Orders confirmation status and follow up with suppliers
- Negotiate with suppliers both operational and commercial terms of purchasing orders and deliveries
- Monitor Purchase Orders deliveries status and follow up with supplier
- Control orders versus deliveries to eliminate any discrepancies (purchasing/procurement does not control the quality of parts) and quantity of goods receipts
- Report any misperformance, cooperation or quality issues to management Provide the team of operational buyers with technical support
- Provide the team of operational buyers with technical support
- Strong Communication abilities
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation
- Knowledge of machine-tool industry is a big advantage

- Computer literacy
- Very good command of English in writing and speaking, additional languages such as German or French are a big advantage
- Engineering degree or technical education followed by several years of experience in technical environment
- At least 3 years of procurement-relevant experience in industry
- International organization environment
- Shared service centre work experience will be an asset
- Experience as mechanical engineer or CNC-Programmer/Operator is a big plus
- Interesting and challenging work in the dynamic environment of the Machine Industry
